The subject of the contract is the provision of technical and maintenance services for the buildings of the Katowice Air Traffic Control Centre (including repairs of systems and equipment) within a period of 24 months under the conditions specified in the agreement and in accordance with the OPZ and the list of maintenance activities constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement, in Katowice at 90B Wolności Street, 42-625 Pyrzowice (basic order) with the possibility of extending the service period

by a maximum of 12 (twelve) months under the conditions described in § 6 of the Agreement.

1. by a maximum of 12 (twelve) months under the conditions described in § 6 of the Agreement. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. The right of option is to ensure that repairs can be carried out after the amount specified in §7 section 1 point 1.2 of the Agreement has been used. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to renew the Agreement, if it deems such a need. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the service which is the subject of the contract will be subject to renewal for the next 12 months after the deadline specified in § 4 of the Agreement.
