Tenderers are hereby invited to a competition for a framework agreement for various consultancy services. The assignments will mainly consist of engineering design services for water and sewage installations as well as foot/cycle paths, but there can also be other assignments.

The contract shall be valid for a period of minimum 2 years, with the right for a contract extension (option) for 1 + 1 year so that the maximum contract period can be 4 years.

The assignments that shall be carried out will mainly be preparing drawings, descriptions and tender documentation for the following types of projects:

— New installations for water and sewage. The work assignments are connected to the transport system, with the emphasis on pipeline installations with manholes.

— Water and sewage installations such as pump stations, overflow etc.

— Renvoation of existing water and sewage installations with both normal excavating/new laying and ‘no-dig-methods’ such as bulging/drawing of new pipes, coating/hose, directional drilling etc.

— Foot/cycle paths and pavements as well as any other work with main roads that must be carried out in connection with the projects. There can be assignments with both development plans and detailed and construction plans.

Competence within the following disciplines can be required for some projects:

— Geotechnics;

— Simple construction engineering such as support walls, manholes and pump stations.
