Reconstruction and renovation of the former residential building to the Bürgerhaus Dresden-Prohlis, structural design according to § 51 ff. HOAI i. Vm Annex 14, performance phases 2-6 and 8

The state capital Dresden intends to rebuild and renovate a former residential building to become the community center in Dresden-Prohlis. The aim is to create a community and educational center with social, cultural and educational opportunities geared towards the Social Area Dresden-Prohlis. The project is being funded within the framework of the Bund-Länder program "Social City Prohlis".

Total cost frame (KG 200-700): currently approx. 1.887 million EUR gross, building costs (KG 300 + 400): approx. 1.306 million EUR gross. The client (AG) intends the service phases (Lph) 2 to 6 and 8 structural engineering services according to HOAI § 51 ff. I. V. m. Annex 14. The commissioning takes place gradually. Upon conclusion of the negotiated procedure, contract phase 2 will be contractually contracted for the time being. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further appointment after provision of first phases of service. The completion performance phase 8 is expected in 2023.
