Kinect Energy AS is implementing a competition for the supply of electric power on behalf of the contracting authority the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs.

Duration 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022 with an option for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of electricity.

The contract shall cover all facilities owned by the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Norwegian: Bufdir). with the exception of energy needs that are covered through the landowner's electricity agreement, e.g. for leasing agreements with Statsbygg.

The tenderer must supply electricity in accordance with the following specifications:

Volume: Approx. 5.5 GWh

Number of facilities: Approx. 110

Grid owners: Various - see the attached list of facilities

Prices will be collected in accordance with the attached price sheet.

Statutory trade of electrical certificates shall be managed by the tenderer and must be included in the mark-up.
