1. The subject of the contract is: Successive removal of current sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock, ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock, as well as the export of sewage sludge stored in the sedimentary lagoons (own loading) in Annex 1 to the contract.
The sludge covered by the contract comes from the biological process of wastewater treatment in the Otwock sewage treatment plant. These sludges are stabilized in the methane fermentation process and then mechanically dehydrated.

Amount of sludge for successive export - 25-35 Mg / d (approx. 9,000 Mg)
Dry solids content - 18 - 25%
The Employer reserves the right not to use the entire order in the case of sediments located on lagoons, and the Contractor shall not make any claims against the Employer in this respect.
The subject of the order is the successive export of current sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock, ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock, as well as the export of sewage sludge stored in sedimentary lagoons (own loading). The contractor will be obliged to manage sewage sludge, which means loading on own vehicle means of transport, transport to places of recovery or processing and subjecting to recovery or processing in compliance with the requirements of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 701)
1. The contractor is required to provide the exact address and distance in km from the place of production to the place of recovery or treatment of stabilized municipal sewage sludge. When choosing the best bid, 80% price and 20% distance from the place of loading to the place of recovery or processing will be taken into account.
