A one-party Framework Agreement is concluded, whereby the selected Supplier meets uniform requirements of quality, expertise and quality assurance. The party to which a Framework Agreement is concluded is instructed to carry out commissioned work.

The maintenance work mainly consists of maintenance to:

- for annual inspection of sports equipment, sports equipment and sports floors

- maintenance of sports equipment, sports equipment and sports floors in various locations

of Team Sports Accommodations.

- supplying sports equipment, sports equipment as a replacement on the client

This enumeration is indicative and not exhaustive.

Total estimated order value over 4 years (including 2 optional years) of the Framework Agreement is up to 350,000 euros ex VAT.
