The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation would like to procure framework agreements for flights on behalf of the defence sector.
The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's continual need for air passenger transport and associated services. The area covered will be the Norwegian domestic network, parts of the Nordic countries, and some European routes. Furthermore, the procurement must ensure seamless through journeys and efficient booking and administration systems for the contracting authority's travel departments.
The procurement must also facilitate a reduction of emissions from flights in the contract period through environmental criteria and award evaluation.

The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 1.45 billion.
The maximum value of the procurement is NOK 1.55 billion.
