Nationwide process and organizational consulting in the area of occupational health management for hospitals, (partially) inpatient care facilities and outpatient care services.
The Association of Replacement Funds V. (vdek), as a joint authorized representative with final authorization, awards process and organizational consulting services in the area of occupational health management (BGM). The clients are those listed in para. I.1. Substitute health insurers joined together in the vdek.
The services are to be provided nationwide in hospitals and (partially) inpatient care facilities and - in perspective - for outpatient care services. The advice is provided by BGM / organizational consultants, who base their approach on the standardized health promotion process (analysis, planning of measures, implementation of measures, evaluation). The vdek offer is aimed both at institutions that want to establish a BGM and at those who have already implemented it and want to further expand their BGM. In accordance with the holistic approach, the BGM addresses all employment groups (doctors, nurses, medical-technical staff, administration, etc.) in the facilities mentioned. Guideline for the service content is the guideline of the GKV umbrella association according to Section 20b i. V. m. § 20 SGB V.
The content of the order includes:
- the design of an advisory approach;
- support for nationwide project management;
- administrative coordination;
- the implementation of advisory services in the facilities mentioned.
Optionally, the development of an approach concept and an acquisition strategy for the acquisition of hospitals, (partially) inpatient care facilities and outpatient care services can be commissioned for the joint benefit of the replacement fund: Care. Optionally, the conception of digital consulting approaches can be commissioned.
It is a framework agreement with up to 4 companies. The clients expect a purchase quantity of more than 300 consultant days per year without this volume being assured. The partners of the framework agreement are guaranteed a minimum volume of 200 consultant days per year.
