The contract relates to the assignment of custody, cleaning, routine maintenance and fulfillment of the Ministerial Decree 18/03/1996 of the football fields and related appurtenances located, respectively, in P.le Lancieri d'Aosta in the capital of Cervignano del Friuli and in Via dei Platani in the hamlet of Muscoli

The contract relates to the assignment of custody, cleaning, routine maintenance and fulfillment services of Ministerial Decree 18/03/1996 of the football fields and related appurtenances located, respectively, in P.le Lancieri d’Aosta in capital of Cervignano del Friuli and in Via dei Platani in the hamlet of Muscoli;

In particular, the contract provides for the management of the following services by the successful bidder:

• Custody service;

• Cleaning service, including basket emptying service;

• Ordinary maintenance services;

• Management of all utilities (electricity, gas, waste tax, advertising and public tax billboards, etc.)

• The maintenance and compliance with the safety conditions relating to the system itself.

• The obligations set out in the decree of the Ministry of the Interior dd 18.03.96 (in particular, preparation of the safety plan, emergency plan and control register, in accordance with the provisions for plants with spectators over 100 or for systems with a capacity not exceeding 100 spectators or without

spectators),

• The obligations for the implementation of all the preventive obligations contained in the law of 5 March 1990, n. 46

"Regulations for the safety of plants" and Presidential Decree 6 December 1991 n. 417 “regulation for the implementation of law no. 46 of March 5, 1990, on plant safety ";

• The execution of any timely extraordinary maintenance interventions proposed by the manager e previously approved by the municipality.

The management of the system must be carried out in compliance with current regulations, ensuring continuity of functions and services.
