Design, execution of works and fitting out of the Seine-Saint-Denis (93) remand center, for the construction of 715 new places, support functions outside and in enclosure shared with the existing establishment, in order to recreate a house single stop, with the 580 Villepinte spaces retained, to which are added 715 spaces in Tremblay. This represents a creation of approximately 24,900 m 2 of useful area, and will require security and partial demolition work on the occupied Villepinte site.

The missions include the constitution and the follow-up of instruction of the administrative authorization files, the design studies, the execution studies, the realization of new works on Tremblay and on Villepinte, (including VRD) and the development of the penitentiary center. It is planned to set up a BIM procedure on the operation.
