This offer includes the establishment of a pedestrian street at Egeparken, a pedestrian street between Bøgeparken and Gillestedvej, a pedestrian street between Birkeparken and Tjørnehaven, as well as internal path connections between respectively. Egeparken and Abildgårdsskolen as well as Hybenhaven and Vollsmosestien.

The offer includes:

1) Clearing existing forest of peace

2) Establishment of pedestrian streets and paths and speed-reducing measures

3) Establishment of pipe underpasses at Vollsmoserenden

4) Establishment of urban spaces along paths and pedestrian streets incl. set up and supply of furniture

5) Delivery and installation of lighting equipment (luminaire for road lighting supplied by the developer)

6) Drainage incl. establishing rainwater basins.

The contract includes soil, drainage, conduits, unbound substrates, asphalt, surface coatings, paving, marking equipment, lighting, planting and various equipment and fixtures.

Offer package 3 is the last of 3 tender packages for the Future Vollsmose. Contract work will have to be coordinated with the workers in development plans for the area.

The contract is to be carried out in the period from September 2020 to November 2021. Some works will be carried out after delivery. See the tender documents.
