The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 provider with specialist resources with documented competence and experience with internal audit services and consultancy services in relation to risk control and internal control. The framework agreement shall ensure the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund access to high quality internal audit services.

A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer. The framework agreement period is 1 year. The Contracting authority shall have the option to prolong the framework agreement for a further 2+1 years, altogether 4 years.

The framework agreement will involve a right, but not an obligation for the Norwegian Public Pension Fund to procure services included in the framework agreement. The framework agreement does not include any obligations in relation to the value or scope of the procured services during the agreement period.
