Purchase with delivery to the office of the Contracting Authority of motor fuels

1.The object of the order is: purchase with delivery to the office of the Contracting Authority of motor fuels:

(a) unleaded petrol 95 (CN codes: 2710 12 45, 2710 12 49) up to 200 000 l.

Delivery of gasoline meeting the requirements set out in the PN-EN 228 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).

(b) diesel fuel (CN codes: 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11) up to 800 000 l.

Delivery of diesel fuel that meets the requirements set out in the PN-EN 590 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels

1. The subject of the order is: purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of motor fuels:

(a) unleaded petrol 95 (CN codes: 2710 12 45, 2710 12 49) up to 200 000 l.

Delivery of gasoline meeting the requirements set out in the PN-EN 228 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).

(b) diesel fuel (CN codes: 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11) up to 800 000 l.

Delivery of diesel fuel that meets the requirements set out in the PN-EN 590 standard and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).

2. The Contracting Authority has 3 underground tanks of capacity:

1) 10,000 l — unleaded gasoline 95

2) 20,000 L — diesel

3) 30,000 L — diesel

3. A one-time supply of diesel fuel will be about 20,000 l - an average of 3 times a month.

4. A one-time supply of unleaded gasoline will be about 5,000 l – an average of 3 times a month.

7. The Contracting Authority has a liquid-fuel trading concession issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority for the period from 26.05.2015 to 31.12.2030.

8. The Contracting Authority shall not trade in liquid fuels with foreign countries.
