Framework agreement with purchase orders for assistance in the conduct of procedures concerning concession contracts and temporary occupancy permits (AoT) on the unlicensed national road public domain (Dprn) managed by DIR Atlantic

the services concern:

- the conduct of procedures for the award of concession contracts, analysis of offers, selection of the holder and then during the implementation of the improvements;

- assistance in monitoring the budgetary, technical and accounting execution of concession contracts, including drafting amendments to existing contracts;

- the provision of assistance services in the issue and monitoring of temporary occupancy permits and agreements (AOT and COT) granted on the unlicensed national road public domain
