Tower Hamlets Community Housing Limited (THCH) owns and manages approximately 3 000 properties within London Borough of Tower Hamlets. THCH wishes to appoint experienced and qualified contractors to a framework agreement to deliver their responsive repairs and maintenance service. The framework agreement will be divided into 11 lots. Applicants may apply for 1, several or all lots. However; Applicants are to note that contractors will not be awarded more than 2 lots.
