For the construction maintenance work on the buildings of the University Hospital Münster, the awarding authority writes out a framework contract on "Carpentry work for kitchenettes and modular wood furniture". The advertised services include frequently occurring work, which is then defined in more detail and called up in individual orders. The facilities and buildings of the UKM (University Hospital Münster) are listed in the enclosed site plan and are mainly located in the area enclosed by the following public roads:

- Albert-Schweitzer-Strasse,

- Rishon-le-Zion ring,

- Robert-Koch-Strasse,

- Vesaliusweg,

- Niels-Stensen-Strasse,

- Tondernstrasse,

- Schmeddingstrasse.

Other institutes are located on Von-Esmarch-Straße and Horstmarer Landweg. In addition, the UKM MHS properties in Borghorst and Emsdetten should be able to access services from the framework agreement.

The order value was determined as precisely as possible on the basis of the services requested in previous years. However, it cannot be predicted with certainty which services will be required during the contract period. Experience has shown that the service description always contains a large number of items that are not required during the term of the contract, so that the actual order value differs from the total of all LV items. The expected order value for the “Carpentry work - kitchenettes and modular furniture” trade was estimated at a total of EUR 200,000.00 (net) over a 2-year contract period.
