The Reading & Writing Foundation wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with 1 contractor for the performance of recurring activities such as:

1. Making a social media strategy;

2. Creating and posting content;

3. Placing, monitoring and optimizing advertisements on social media;

4. Webcare and monitoring;

5. Performing media purchasing for social media.

This tender has been divided into a Selection and Award phase. A maximum of 5 Candidates are selected in the Selection Phase to submit a Tender in the Award Phase. 1 Tenderer is contracted in the Award Phase.

All Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are cordially invited to submit an Application, independently, as a Partnership and / or by calling on Third Parties.
