1.The order includes successive deliveries according to orders placed by the Hospital Pharmacy in accordance with the assortment indicated in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Medicines being the subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law of 18/05/2021. and are included in the Official List of Medicinal Products authorized for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland of 01.01.2021. Medicines have attestations and certificates in accordance with the applicable Act on Medical Devices, the Act on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products and the Pharmaceutical Law.

2. The subject of the contract includes 4 indivisible parts – tasks. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids, provided that the offer in each of them should be complete (include all items listed within a given lot).
