The acquisition is subject to the provision of bus transport services and charter services to Subscribers under the terms specified in this call for tender and its annexes.

As subscribers, the City of Imatra (procurement unit) and the City group companies Imatran Seudun Development Company Oy, Imatran Real Estate and Regional Service Oy, Mitra Imatran Raknuttaja Oy and other Mitra Group companies, as well as Imatra Base Camp Oy.

The acquisition does not apply to public transport or actual (between home and school) school transportation.

Acquisition is carried out by car type:

1. Swimming Hall Transportation

2. other charter, big buses (seats 25-)

3. other charter lines, small buses (seats 9-24)

1) Swimming Hall Transportation

Schoolchildren and Escharians are transported on current amounts each year to the swimming hall four days a week between late September and early December, and between January and May. There are 1-2 classes or groups on board (c. 25-55 pupils in total). The maximum distance length between the school and the swimming pool is 10 km in one direction. The number of pupils being transported remains at roughly the same level each year. The transport price is indicated and the transport bill is paid according to one car per trip. Cars should be equipped with seatbelts at all seating. Each passenger must have their own seating.

Annexes 3A and 3B to the tender offer are examples of swimming pool carriage driving lists to facilitate bidding.

- For example, field trips for schoolchildren, students and daycare children, excursions, sports competition trips. Transports of schoolchildren and daycare children, where more cars are required at once, exist a few times a year, for example when the entire age class is transported from schools to cultural centre. Cars are ordered as needed by one or more.

- Seminar tours of the city's staff and trustees (council, board, boards) and other guests and transport

- Trips of City Subsidiaries

- Other transport needs are sporadic, with different lengths of miles and hours.

Buses shall be of high quality equipment suitable for charter runs, aged up to 13 years, the emission category Euro V. Buses shall meet the requirements of existing regulations and regulatory regulations, for example in terms of structure and equipment. Buses available for longer distances (more than 50 km) must be equipped with a minimum of toilet and air condition/ heating, as well as a sound system (microphone). Cars used in the transport of pupils and children in daycare should be equipped with alkalole lock.

The subscriber must require the service provider to arrange a security information before longer trips (trips outside the city of Imatra). The offer must include a separate free-form statement on how the info is organized.

Drivers involved in the production of the service must have good Finnish language skills and professional qualifications suitable for the vehicle type.

The contracting entity does not commit to predefined quantities or values, but rather the services are used according to the actual need. Acquisition exceeds the EU threshold in value.

The contract period will begin with an estimated January 1, 2022 and will be valid until July 31, 2023.

In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract for 12 months at a time, however, not more than two (2) option years.

The contracting entity shall inform suppliers of the use of the option no later than 4 months before the end of the contract period.
