The subject of the Order is:

year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads being

in the administration of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways Branch

in Rzeszów, District in Krosno.

The subject of the contract shall be the execution within 48 months starting from 01.09.2022r. or from the date of the protocol transfer of the roads into maintenance where the contract is signed after 01.09.2022, but no longer than 01.09.2026 year-round work, including winter and ongoing maintenance of roads, in particular፦ maintenance of road surfaces and engineering facilities- maintenance of roadsides and lanes of the chapter, - maintenance of the road body, - maintenance of drainage, - maintenance of footpaths and bicycle paths, - maintaining signage, - maintenance of traffic safety equipment , - maintaining aesthetics of signs, safety elements of traffic and road lane, - maintenance of assistive equipment, - winter maintenance of roads, - Contract management, - maintenance of cleanliness and repair and maintenance work on engineering facilities. In detail, the scope of the subject of the order required for execution is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, Technical Specifications, Designed Contract Provisions.

The maintenance range will be covered by the roads listed below, which have a total length of 176,924 km (without collective roads):

1.National Road No. 19 STATE BORDER - KUŹNICA - BIAŁYSTOK - SIEMIATYCZE - MIĘDZYRZEC PODLASKI - KOCK - LUBARTÓW - LUBLIN - KRAŚNIK - JANÓW LUBELSKI - LOW - SOKOŁÓW MAŁOPOLSKI - RZESZÓW - BABICA - LUTCZA - DOMARADZ - PIAST PLACE - DUKLA - BARWINEK - STATE BORDER at section:

•Rzeszów — Barwinek from km 200+952 to km 285+633,

with a length of 84,681 km, together with collective roads of 4,868 km,

2.National road no. 28 ZATOR - WADOWICE - RABKA-ZDRÓJ - LIMANOWA - NOWY SĄCZ - GORLICE - JASŁO - KROSNO - SANOK - KUŹMINA - BIRCZA - PRZEMYŚL - MEDIKA - BORDER OF THE STATE on sections:

•Siepietnica Jasło from km 191+649 to km 206+565,

•Jasła Bypass (DK 28c) on the section from km 0+000 to km 4+009

•Jasło-Krosno from km 211+058 to km 226+594,

•Krosno-Zarszyn from km 237+992 to km 259+833

with a length of 56,302 km, together with collective roads of 0,183 km,

3.National road no. 73 WIŚNIÓWKA - KIELCE - MORAWICA - BUSKO-ZDRÓJ - SZCZUCIN - DĄBROWA TARNOWSKA - TARNÓW - PILZNO — JASŁO on sections:

•Pilsen bypass (DK 73a) from km 0+000 to km 0+922,

•Pilsen bypass (DK 73b) from km 0+000 to km 0+117,

•Pilsen Jasło from km 133+518 to km 168+420,

with a length of 35,941 km.
