Three-year service for the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous medical waste at infectious risk (RSP-I) and chemical risk (RSP-C), and non-hazardous medical waste (RSNP) attributable to definitions given in Presidential Decree no. 254 of 15 July 2003 “Regulation laying down the regulations for the management of medical waste”, pursuant to Article 227, paragraph 1, point b), of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 3 April 2006, and subsequent amendments and additions, and animal by-products not intended for human consumption attributable to the definitions set out in EC Regulation no. 1069/2009 of 21.10.2009 and subsequent changes and additions.
