The City of Thiers was chosen as a project of general regional interest to carry out a New Urban Renewal Program (NPRU) on the perimeter of the Old Center. In this context, the project that is the subject of this consultation is a “multi-site” operation aimed at re-qualifying the public spaces and priority roads of the Old Center QPV in order to strengthen the attractiveness of these sectors on the commercial, tourist and residential levels. It is also a question of continuing the treatment of public spaces and roads initiated under the 1 er program (PRU) as well as to continue improving the livability of the QPV, with a view to enhancing the value of other operations planned in the NPRU, in particular structuring public facilities.
