The agreement consists of the design and expiration of the vouchers (letter post) in addition to the delivery of Christmas gifts to the 1050 employees of approximately VRBZO.

The costs for providing a Christmas gift, including the design and sending of the voucher, are € 50, - including VAT and additional services per employee.

The amount does not change during the entire term of the agreement. Every year on 1 November, a printout is made of the total number of employees for which a total annual budget is made available. The available budget of € 50, - including VAT and additional services per employee, the total budget also includes the design and sending of the voucher, the contractor cannot invoice additional costs.

The annual Christmas attractions must meet the technical and functional requirements set by VRBZO. During the term of a maximum of 4 years, the contracting party takes care of the sending of the voucher (in box form) and the delivery of the ordered gift. It is important that a processing agreement is concluded between the contracting authority and the contract because the contracting party has access to the address details of the employees.
