The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, part (SSC-ICT), wants to conclude a framework agreement with two (2) Contractors in the field of delivery and services for publicly trusted PKI certificates.

SSC-ICT uses certificates for the security of its websites and portals. These websites are used for communication with both citizens and companies.

The Contracting Authority wishes to contract two (2) Contractors for a new Framework Agreement. These Contractors must be authorized Trust Service Providers (TSPs) for issuing different types of server Certificates, as specified by the administrator of the PKIo system on https://www.logius.nl/domeinen/toegang/pkioverheid.
