Monetra Oulu Oy's Procurement Services requests your quote for personnel hire for short-term and immediate replacement needs (hereafter also referred to as subscribers) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.
The purchase is divided into partial bid groups as follows:
- Group 1. Meal and cleaning services
- Group 2. Health services
- Group 3. Logistics services
- Group 4. Construction and surveying services, property management
- Group 5. IT experts
- Group 6. Office workers
- Group 7. Other professional titles.
Not all clients are present for all groups; in group descriptions. However, if the customer's need extends to other groups during the term of the agreement, the customer is entitled, but not obligated, to employ the leased staff of these groups on the basis of this agreement.
The service provider hires staff to meet customer needs. The service provider is the employer of the hiring staff and is responsible for all statutory obligations.
Meal and cleanliness service for temporary and short-term replacement needs for the municipalities of Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos and Pelkosenniemi, the City of Oulu, Oulun Tuotantokeittiö Oy and the Municipality of the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District.

Healthcare service staffing for acute and short-term substitute needs for the Liminka, Lumijoki and Pelkosenniemi municipalities, the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District and the Raahe Region Welfare Association.
