The subject of the order covers its scope:

1) Purchase of licenses and implementation of the Information and Payment Platform integrated with the EZD System, the ePUAP platform and the field system;

2) Purchase of licenses and implementation of the Integrated Electronic Payment System (e-payments);

3) Purchase of licenses and implementation of Electronic Documentation Management System;

4) Purchase of licenses and implementation of field systems;

5) Purchase of licenses and implementation of the Spatial Information System with digitization of data;

6) Purchase of equipment necessary for the implementation of information systems:

- RCP reader with power supply — 2 pcs.

- barcode reader - 3 pcs.

- flat scooped scanner - 10 pcs.

- slotted scanner - 3 pcs.

- cryptographic card reader - 30 pcs.

- label printer - 1 pc

- data collector - 1 pc.

7) Deployment, training and integration services.

Delivery of the order item together with transport, installation and commissioning will take place at the contractor's expense and risk.

The subject of the contract is the execution of services for the implementation of the finished software together with the purchase of licenses of information systems under the project “Development of electronic public services”, meeting the quality parameters set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, under the conditions set out in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

The Contractor requires a 60 month warranty from the Contractor on the entire subject of the order from the date of signing of the receipt protocol.
