The subject of the present tender are services of the technical planning of the technical equipment of plant groups 1 to 3 and 4 to 5 (sewage, water and gas plants, heat supply systems, ventilation systems, high-voltage systems, telecommunications and information technology systems) according to HOAI § 55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15, work phases 1 to 9 for the new construction of the rescue center in Ammerbuch-Altingen.

In the course of the feasibility study for the Ammerbuch fire department, the previous location of the Altingen department was not considered sustainable. At the meeting of 26.07.2021, the municipal council instructed the administration to examine and plan the feasibility of a new building for a rescue centre in Ammerbuch-Altingen. The Altingen fire department currently has 30 firefighters, plus deployed firefighters during the day, increasing to 50. Lack of space and the location of the building have prompted the municipality to plan the new building on another location.

The planning services subject to the award are expected to be provided from the third quarter of 2023.

A gradual assignment is intended, there is no entitlement to further assignment.

The specific scope of the services to be provided by the contractor results from the procurement documents, which are made available to the selected applicants in the second stage.
