1. TO THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The client and building owner, LongIf GaPa gGmbH, is planning the construction of a senior center with
Senior residential complex on the property Von-Brug-Straße 5 corner Parkstraße 2 in 82467 Garmisch -
Partenkirchen, near the city centre. To the west, across the street from the
Parkstraße, is the tourist information office and the congress center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The New Apostolic Church is located on the neighboring property to the north. In the east, the property borders
to the CAP shopping center. The property has a slightly sloping topography. It falls into
South-north direction by approx. 0.85 m and in the east-west direction by approx. 1.5 m.
On the plot of land of 2,605m² (plot number 2401/2, Garmisch district), the
listed “Old Tax Office” from 1902 and turned into a senior center with an office and
Remodeled administrative use. The other non-listed existing buildings on the
Land (financial treasury and customs house) were demolished. This creates space for the new construction of
Senior living with model apartment and senior meeting on the ground floor.
