The Borstel Research Center is planning the new construction of a research building. The subject of the call for tenders is landscaping services in the outdoor areas to the following extent (all approximate information):

— revise 4,900 m 2 raw surface,

— make 300 m of line ditches and 220 m of cable trenches,

— supply 1 100 m 3 filling floor,

— 500 m 3 soil disposal,

— 1 pc. Manufacture stair system from precast concrete elements including substructure plus 250 pcs. laying precast concrete slabs on 700 m 2 antifreeze and gravel base layers, further 2,750 m 2 manufacture antifreeze and gravel base layer and lay concrete pavement, 650 m concrete floor edging, 485 m Supply and install 3 subfloors and 310 m 3 topsoil, produce 1 930 m 2 lawn and planting areas, 12 large tree planting plants, 23 mast and floor lights and 120 m2 WPC covering on outdoor terrace including substructure.
