North Glasgow Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the north side of Glasgow.

It is the Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their 3 star gas annual inspection and reactive maintenance contract to their properties in "Area B" of their property list in North Glasgow.

A small amount of gas heating installation works will also form part of the contract. The total number of units owned by the Association included within this contract is approximately 2 217. The contract is to be let for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 2 years.

It is envisaged that the initial contract will commence circa the 1.7.2012.
