The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment as well as configuration and launch of an access control system with the functionality of a time and attendance system in the building of the District Court in Busko Zdrój, 5 Kościuszki Street and the Branch Office

in Kazimierzy Wielka, 3 Kościuszki Street, according to the description of the subject of the contract. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to deliver 200 pieces of MIFARE Plus or MIFARE DESFire cards, compatible with the installed system.

The detailed scope of works necessary to be performed as part of the task is indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 11a to the SWZ.

The system specified in the detailed design and STWiOR is only a proposal of the Ordering Party. The contractor may offer another one with parameters not worse than those proposed in the documents of the procedure and meeting the requirements resulting from the Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice regarding technical security.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment as well as configuration and launch of the access control system in the building of the District Court in Jędrzejów.

The access control system must be integrated (compatible) with the existing time and attendance system in the Court.

As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to dismantle the devices of the access control system currently functioning in the Court.

The subject of the contract is the dismantling of the existing SKD and T&A system, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the Access Control system and the Time and Attendance system in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Justice in the buildings of the District Court in Kielce, i.e. the building of the District Court with its registered office at Warszawska 44, 25-312 Kielce and the building of the District Court with its registered office at Malików 146A, 25-639 Kielce.
