1. Delivery of a complete, brand new vehicle to the headquarters of the Employer at ul. Bogusław IV in Stargard. All costs and risks related to the delivery of the subject of the contract, including the costs of loading, unloading, transport, insurance during transport, etc. shall be borne by the Contractor.
2. Issue on the day of delivery of the relevant complete documentation authorizing the vehicle for road traffic in Poland as a special vehicle.
3. Preparation on the day of delivery of the device operating instructions in Polish: technology and health and safety, including failure prevention and removal of consequences of failure.
4. Providing warranty and post-warranty service.
5. Training employees of the Employer at the headquarters of ZOM in Stargard.
1. Delivery of a complete, brand new vehicle to the headquarters of the Employer at ul. Bogusław IV in Stargard. All costs and risks related to the delivery of the subject of the contract, including the costs of loading, unloading, transport, insurance during transport, etc. shall be borne by the Contractor.
2. Issue on the day of delivery of the relevant complete documentation authorizing the vehicle for road traffic in Poland as a special vehicle, i.e. in particular:
a. vehicle approval certificate (valid on the day of delivery);
b. registration of the vehicle by the lessor and submission of documents (registration certificate, declaration of consent to the use of the vehicle by the contracting authority) on the date of vehicle receipt.
3. Preparation on the day of delivery of the device operating instructions in Polish: technological and health and safety at work, including failure prevention and removal of consequences of failure.
4. Providing warranty and post-warranty service.
5. Training the Employer's employees at the headquarters of the City Purification Plant in Stargard, in the scope of handling the delivered vehicle - min. 4 hours of training, the Employer reserves the right to cancel part of the training hours if it is not necessary to continue it. The training will end with writing a report on its implementation.
6. All Contractors should attach to the submitted bid technical parameters of the offered vehicle (descriptions or photographs of products to be delivered, the authenticity of which must be confirmed by the Contractor).
7. The contractor after the award of the contract in the Leasing contract he submits must have a record; "In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Leasing Agreement and the Terms of Reference, the provisions of the Terms of Reference shall prevail."
