With this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority enters into framework agreements for lots covering electrical works, including low-current, flooring, painting, bricklaying, carpentry and joinery and plumbing and gas work divided by geographical areas (Aalborg, Hjørring and Thisted, respectively).
The following tasks are not covered by this call for tenders:
• Assignments at an estimated task value per sub-agreement above DKK 1 million excl. VAT*
• Repair of fire safety systems
• Establishment on a new shelf
• Main contracts* and Turnkey projects
• IT-kabling
• ADK and AIA systems
• Servicing of ventilation systems
• Commenced tasks prior to the tender are completed by existing craftsmen even if the work is carried out after the start of the Framework Agreement, including previously performed tasks covered by defect rectifications
*The contracting entity is entitled, but not obliged, to use the framework agreements for contracts exceeding the specified amount and for main contracts.
Sub-agreement 1 AALBORG, electrical works including low-voltageWhen the Contracting Entity assigns specific tasks on the lot during the Agreement Period, it will do so according to one of the following 2 procedures:
1. Direct award: Assignments below DKK 15,000 excl. VAT are awarded by direct award to the supplier who, in the initial tender on the basis of which the framework agreements are awarded, has offered the lowest total evaluation price.
The assessment of the expected value of a specific task is made by the Contracting Entity on the basis of its qualified assessment of the following partial prices (salary + materials + equipment)
a. For assignments which, per lot, according to the Client's qualified assessment, do not exceed DKK 15,000 excl. VAT, a direct award of the task will be made to the company with the lowest total evaluation price. 2. Mini-tender: Assignments of DKK 15,000 or more excl. VAT will be awarded after mini-tendering among the suppliers on the lot. The assessment of the expected value of a specific task is made by the Contracting Entity on the basis of its qualified assessment of the following partial prices (salary + materials + equipment)
a. For tasks which, per lot, according to the Client's qualified assessment, exceed DKK 15,000 excl. VAT, a mini-tender will be carried out (renewed competition postponement).
b. The individual assignment will then be awarded to the company that submits the overall lowest price for the task including materials and equipment in the mini-tender.
c. In the event of a mini-tender, the Supplier's total contract price will be considered binding.

2. Mini-tender: Assignments of DKK 15,000 or more excl. VAT will be awarded after mini-tendering among the suppliers on the lot. The assessment of the expected value of a specific task is made by the Contracting Entity on the basis of its qualified assessment of the following partial prices (salary + materials + equipment)
a. For tasks which, per lot, according to the Client's qualified assessment, exceed DKK 15,000 excl. VAT, a mini-tender will be carried out (renewed competition postponement).
b. The individual assignment will then be awarded to the company that submits the overall lowest price for the task including materials and equipment in the mini-tender.
c. In the event of a mini-tender, the Supplier's total contract price will be considered binding.
d. If the Supplier reserves the reservation to the mini-tender specifications in its tender, the Contracting Entity shall have the right to disregard the offer or, alternatively, seek to price the reservation to the extent deemed possible. If a reservation of economic value cannot be priced, the Contracting Entity is obliged to disregard the offer.
