Federal Council - renovation and waterproofing of the basement
Painting work floor - VE 325.01.
The technical cellar of the listed former Prussian manor house receives a completely closed building waterproofing during operation.
The corridors made of hard material screed and floor surfaces made of waterproof concrete are coated with epoxy resin sealing. The coating takes place after the building technology has been installed as far as possible. This sometimes leads to restrictions in the work areas. The lower stairways were removed in the stairwells to provide the waterproofing. An epoxy resin sealant must be applied as floor covering on the new staircases, this is extended to the subsequent existing platforms and stairways as well as the ground floor in order to achieve a surface transition in the entire staircase.
