The contracting authority in the procurement is Vesar AS. Vesar, in cooperation with Sandefjord and Larvik will enter into a contract for the purchase of bags and sacks for collection of waste for their customers. Sandefjord and Larvik are not contracting parties, but will be responsible for their own orders through the contract entered into.

The contracting authority's contact person during the competition is: Sølvi Rønnekleiv Haugedal.

There is to be no contact/communication regarding the tender contest with other persons at the contracting authority than the named contact person.

Purchase of biodegradable bags for food waste.

The requirement specification provides an overview of the estimated need per bag type per year, but we emphasise that the delivery will only take place after written order. The estimated quantity is not guaranteed. The contract also includes supplementary purchase during the contract period.

Purchase of the following products:

— transparent tie sacks for plastic packaging;

— transparent sacks for residual waste (only Sandefjord);

— paper sacks for garden waste;

— option for extra sacks for residual waste (green transparent).
