1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, of the service of collection and management of solid municipal waste generated in households from the area of the Municipal Municipality in Chodzież, excluding waste related to business activity. The subject of the contract includes inhabited properties and other waste collection points specified in Appendices No. 11-13 to the Terms of Reference.
2. The procurement procedure is conducted by the Contracting Authority in an open tender procedure entitled "COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM THE RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL MUNICIPALITY IN CHODZIEŻ IN THE PERIOD FROM 1 JANUARY 2024 TO 31 DECEMBER 2024" - procedure no. NIZP.271.18.2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, of the collection of municipal solid waste generated in households from the area of the Municipal Municipality in Chodzież (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality), excluding waste related to business activity. The subject matter of the contract includes residential properties and other waste collection points specified in Appendix 11-13 to the Terms of Reference.
2. Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste constituting municipal waste collected from residents will be transferred directly to municipal installations included in the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship for the years 2019-2025 together with the investment plan, adopted by Resolution No. XXII/405/20 of the Wielkopolska Regional Assembly of 28 September 2020. The Contractor will manage segregated municipal waste on its own by transferring it directly or through another waste collector to municipal waste treatment installations, as defined in the applicable provisions of law referred to in Article 38b(1)(2) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
3. The Contractor will also collect and use municipal waste provided by property owners residing in the PSZOK.
4. The subject of the contract will be carried out through the organisation of selective collection of municipal waste from inhabited property areas, built up single-family, multi-family and multi-scale buildings.
5. The collection of municipal waste will be broken down into:
• unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code 20 03 01),
• packaging waste from metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste (codes 150102, 150104, 150105, 150106),
• segregated waste - glass (code 150107, 200102),
• segregated waste - paper and cardboard (code 150101, 200101),
• biowaste constituting municipal waste (code 200201, 200108),
• hazardous waste — expired medicines (codes 200131*, 200132),
• municipal waste including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), used batteries, cells and batteries, tyres, furniture and other large-size waste (codes 200127*, 200128, 200135*, 200136, 200133*, 200134, 200123*, 200129*, 200130, 200307, 160604 160103, 150110*),
• construction and demolition waste (code 170101, 170102, 170103, 170504, 170107, 170180, 170201, 170904, 200137*, 200138),
• waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, (ex 200199).
