The Assignment consists of providing CSW and Mondia Schoolengroep with the following services for the locations referred to in sections 2.2 and 2.3 of this Specifications. Tenderer must execute the Assignment in accordance with the Program of Requirements (Appendix 1).

• Workplace Management;

• Identity management;

• Maintenance and management of servers;

• Service desk;

• Test Solution.

The following services only apply to CSW:

• Campuz365 (shell over Office365) for students and employees;

• Teams solution;

• Management of domain names and DNS records.
