The object of the order is the supply of the temperature chamber to the MTS endurance machine.

1. The object of the order is the supply of the temperature chamber to the MTS endurance machine.

2. The item of the order includes, among others

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

(b) The subject of the contract is to meet the technical parameters and requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order, i.e. the temperature chamber is to be compatible, controlled by software from the machine and to cooperate in an unobstructed manner with the machine owned by the Department strength MTS 809.10.

(c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Contracting Authority is new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any third party rights

d) The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee of not less than 1 year per device (the warranty is one of the criteria for selecting the most favourable offer).

e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter guarantee period, the offer shall be rejected as not complying with the requirements of the Contracting Authority

5. The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
