Description:
Supply of servo-hydraulic strength machine for dynamic cyclical and fatigue testing

The machine must meet the following requirements:

1. strength frame;

2. hydrostatic bearing actuator carrying out axial loads of ±50 kN;

3. dynamic force measuring head with a load capacity of +/- 50 kN;

4. digital control and measurement electronics:

5. Hydraulic power supply with a capacity of min. 48 l/min at a pressure of 207 bar with wiring and control system, integrated into the strength system;

6. wedge hydraulic mounts for dynamic loads (2 pcs );

7. Discs for compression tests (2 pcs. );

8. Dynamic testing software enabling;

9. Static test software in Polish;

10. computer set with monitor with parameters tailored to the needs of the machine;

11. Additional requirements: Supplied equipment must have a CE certificate issued by authorised certification bodies. The Contractor shall provide technical support for the software and maintenance of the machine for a period strictly defined in the order and (...)

The machine — 1 piece must meet the following requirements:

1. Strength frame:

• load capacity of at least ±50 kN,

• two-column frame structure, floor, high stiffness,

• clearance between columns at least 660 mm,

• equipped with a table with T-type grooves (as a structural part of the machine) with a depth of at least 800 mm and a width of at least 850 mm,

• the possibility of static tests for a speed range of at least 5 to 20 mm/min,

• the ability to perform dynamic tests in the frequency range of at least 2—6 Hz,

• hydraulic adjustment of the height of the measuring beam with hydraulic beam lock in the selected position (throughout the height range of the working space),

• maximum height of the test space (from the bottom plane of the traverse to the upper plane of the machine table) at least 1,900 mm,

• imaki for attaching the sample to the table — 12 pcs

2. Hydrostatic bearing actuator carrying out axial loads of ±50 kN:

• placed in the upper beam of the machine,

• working stroke of the actuator: +/- 125 mm,

• equipped with a servo valve with a flow of at least 40 l/min.

3. Dynamic force measuring head with a load capacity of +/- 50 kN:

• strength gauge track accuracy class (head + controller + software) 0,5 according to ISO 7500-1 in the range of at least 200 N to 50 kN,

• built-in acceleration sensor mounted in the load axis (elimination of inertia from grip masses during real-time cyclical tests),

• resistance to axial overloads at least 300%,

• resistance to lateral loads of at least 40%.

4. digital control and measurement electronics:

• digital drive control of the machine with feedback from force and displacement sensors

• digital measurement of force and displacement values,

• 2 additional measurement and control channels (closed-loop control) for connecting extensometers and external analog transducers (+/- 10 VDC),

• at least 1 analog input and at least 4 analog outputs,

• at least 4 discrete inputs and at least 4 discrete outputs,

• synchronous reading of data from all measurement and control channels at a frequency of not less than 10 kHz and a resolution of 24 bit throughout the data processing range, regardless of the number of channels,

• Automatic Recognition and Calibration of Measurement Transducers

• maximum permissible positioning error less than +/- 0.2% of the measurement range of the actuator LVDT transducer,

• synchronous communication between the computer set and the control system via Ethernet,

• Operator panel with integrated safety switch attached to machine frame

• The operator panel should be able to switch the machine into three modes: off, setting mode (mode enabling the sample, without taking off the test) and test mode,

• The operator panel shall be equipped with a remote control for: rapid movement of the actuator, precise positioning of the actuator (using a special roller), opening and closing hydraulic grips,

• automatic tuning of the controller's PID set depending on the stiffness of the sample (auto-tuning),

• the possibility of connecting the LVDT sensor to the offered machine without reworking the plug (special adapters are allowed). The connected LVDT sensor should be automatically recognized by the machine controller,

• Sample protection function (protection against stresses in the sample during attachment, e.g. when closing hydaulic grips).

5. Hydraulic power supply with output of min. 48 l/min at 207 bar pressure with wiring and control system, integrated into the strength system:

• filtration: 2 micrometers,

• variable expense pump,

• temperature and pressure and oil level control system

• tank with working oil: 250 l,

• power supply: 400 V, 3-phase

• liquid cooling (included external chiller) (..)
