The subject of the order is the printing and distribution of exam materials for conducting the examination confirming qualifications in the profession/vocational exam in the months of January—February 2022 and June—July 2022, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipping (sorting and packaging) and distribution of exam materials to schools, institutions, examination centers for examination confirming qualifications in the profession/vocational examination in Poland in the January-February 2022 and June—July 2022 sessions.

The subject of the order is the printing and distribution of exam materials for conducting the examination confirming qualifications in the profession/vocational exam in the months of January—February 2022 and June—July 2022, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipping (sorting and packaging) and distribution of exam materials to schools, institutions, examination centres for the examination confirming qualifications in the profession/vocational examination in Poland in the sessions of January-February 2022 and June—July 2022, hereinafter referred to as the vocational examination.

The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ. Task I — for the January-February 2022 session, Task II — June—July 2022 session

Print/execution, protection against unauthorized disclosure and delivery of exam materials in the projected number of copies for Task I and Task II, including:

exam sheets for written and practical parts, including adapted sheets, assessment rules, assessment cards, response cards in the forecast figures indicated in Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ, sheets on CD (including, but not limited to, purchase, recording, mastering of discs materials, copying, printing, confection), attachments to examination sheets with preparation including: training heads, eyeglasses fixtures, electronic kits, set of models and dental materials, a set of pharmaceutical materials, self-copying paper, CDs, secure envelopes, preparation and packing packages, delivery of parcels with exam materials in the forecast figures indicated in Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ and price forms.

The Contractor shall conclude at his expense a contract OC insurance policy with the insurer, under the conditions laid down in the contract referred to in Annex 5 to SWZ.

The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure that activities related to access the contents of the exam materials are carried out, i.e., before securing them against unauthorized disclosure only by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 the Labor Code according to the provisions of the model contract — Annex No. 5 of the SWZ.

The form of billing with the Contractor is a cost estimate. Zal. 1a and 1b to SWZ Description contains detailed dates for the execution of the order. The Contracting Authority shall require the provision of the IT tool referred to in the description of the object of the order to perform the order.
