The New School is to be erected at Odense Havn in City Campus, located matr. nr. 17cz Åløkkegård. The work shall be carried out in total contract and offered with a target price as set out below in paragraph. II.2.4).

The total contract offered relates to the design and construction of the New School, which amounts to 4 floors and about 8 250 m2 with related freegrounds, parking spaces, etc.

Construction must be certified for DGNB Gold.

Contracting entities want to erect a new educational construction/TietGenCity universe (“The New School”). The New School is to be erected at Odense Havn in City Campus, located matr. nr. 17cz Åløkkegård.

The New School constitutes 4 floors and about 8 250 m2 with associated freegrounds and parking spaces, etc.

The aim of the project is to create a visionary and functional new construction which meets the desires and requirements of contracting entities for a modern educational institution. The New School shall therefore support the frameworks and visions expressed by the contracting entities in the procurement material and immediately below.

Construction must be certified for DGNB Gold. A sustainable building is therefore expected and a particular focus is aimed at the climate and the other frameworks established by contracting entities for the building in the supply material, including the desire for a new mercantile, vibrant, dynamic and visionary education environment, opening up to the outside world and connects the city and school together - where movement and flexibility, quality and professionalism, and rethinking and visibility must form the essence of the New School. All the desires and requirements, and the framework of the New School, are set out in the procurement material.

The task is offered with a target price of 190 million. DKK excluding VAT, which contains all expenses excluding basic purchases. Construction is subject to the provisions of the budgetary guidance and must be approved by an act of the Committee on Finance of the Folketing. A conditional purchase agreement has been drawn up for the purchase of matr. nr. 17cz Åløkkegård Hgd., Odense Jorder. The tender shall thus be implemented conditional on the conditions laid down in the purchase agreement, including, inter alia, that the Committee on Finance of the Folketing shall approve the training building/the task offered by means of adoption of a new, final and impeccable local plan. Thus, the total contract will be subject to definitive purchase agreement, including those set out in this conditions which satisfactorily enable the construction of a new educational construction, following the assessment of Tietgen School. All conditions and circumstances associated therewith are shown in the tender material.
