The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance and advisory services in accounting, taxation, FB budgetary arrangements, routine legal requirement controls, audit lists, use of computer tools and other administrative aspects and Labor conditions that will consist specifically in the performance of the tasks indicated in point 3 of the technical specifications sheet during the term of execution of the contract indicated in this document and conditions established in each case by the corresponding regulations.

The FB needs assistance and advice services to optimize the activities of the area related to accounting, auditing, financing, project management and budget monitoring, compliance with tax and labor obligations as well as efficient management of human resources of the entity, guaranteeing in all processes the transparency and veracity of the information.

The ultimate goal is to carry out an efficient economic-financial and labor management that guarantees the veracity of the information and the fulfillment of its accounting, fiscal, transparency and treasury obligations applicable as a non-profit entity of the public sector.

The FB needs the assistance and advisory services to optimize certain processes corresponding to the general services activities of the headquarters and legal advice of the FB, allowing technical staff support in carrying out their activities and thereby achieving optimum degrees of compliance in the comfort and convenience of the headquarters, in compliance with the legal premises, 2, and in the audit, transparency and control obligations applicable to the FB as a non-profit entity of the public sector.
