The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited and public places from Suwałki Municipality.
3.1. The subject of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited and public places from Suwałki Municipality.
3.3. A detailed description of the object of the order shall be specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3.5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The part-division would result in excessive execution costs and serious difficulties in coordinating the activities of the various Contractors resulting in incorrect execution of the contract. The contract shall be awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure.
3.6. The qualitative requirements referred to in Article 246 (2) of the Pzp Act described in detail in the description of the subject matter of the contract and the annexes to the SWZ.
3.7. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor (s) employ on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) all persons who during the execution of the contract will perform actions
as regards the execution of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Code of Work under the direction of another person, at the place and time indicated by that Contractor or Subcontractor - consisting of:
1) driving specialised vehicles intended for the collection of waste (drivers);
2) loading of waste (loaders);
3) the organization and logistics of the collection of municipal waste (administration staff).
The employment referred to in above should continue throughout the period of the execution of the contract.
Requirements in the manner of documenting the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority's control of compliance with the requirements referred to in Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, and sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements, in detail are defined in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 4 to this SWZ.
