NSB AS is making this procurement in order to meet the need for drinking water for on-board personnel in trains, as well as for customers in NSB´s sleeping coaches.

The general volume is estimated to be 900 000 units per annum. This is an non-binding estimate for the Contracting Authority, based on historical figures. Further information on the procurement is in the tender documentation and the accompanying annexes.

The aim of the procurement´s is to meet NSB´s need for the procurement of drinking water in trains, both for on-board personnel and for customers in the overnight trains that operate on the following stretches:

— Oslo – Kristiansand — Stavanger — Oslo (the Sørland railway),

— Oslo — Bergen — Oslo (the Bergen railway),

— Oslo — Trondheim — Oslo (the Dovre railway),

— Trondheim — Bodø — Trondheim (the Nordland railway).

The procurement´s value/volume is estimated to be approx. 900 000 NOK units per annum. This is based on historical figures and it is not a binding estimate for the Contracting Authority.
