1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery in municipal areas outside the road lane and in residential green areas, within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract divided into two tasks.
Task 1: "Region 1 or Center, Downtown North, Downtown West, Łagiewniki, Rozbark."
Task 2: "Region 2 or Szombierki, Bobrek, Miechowice, Karb, Stroszek, Sucha Góra, Stolarzowice, Górniki".
2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of dividing the order into two parts.
3. The Ordering Party permits the possibility of submitting an offer for all parts. The Contracting Party shall not limit the number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.
4. The subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is determined by point IV SWZ with annexes to SWZ.
Task 1: "Region 1 or Center, Downtown North, Downtown West, Łagiewniki, Rozbark"1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery in municipal areas outside the road lane and in residential green areas, within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract divided into two tasks.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into tasks:
Task 1: "Region 1 or Center, Downtown North, Downtown West, Łagiewniki, Rozbark."
3. The complex of tasks covered by the contract is the fulfillment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order in areas outside the road lane within the administrative boundaries of the city of Bytom, imposed on the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 5 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, items 1297, 1549).
4. The subject of the contract and the manner of its performance shall specify:
a) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ
(b) Lists of maintenance sites Annexes 1.1 and 1.2 to the SOPZ
c) Draft provisions of the agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to commission works simultaneously in two districts in each of the tasks (regions).
6. The Contracting Authority shall set the maximum time for the commencement of works in the field of snow removal or elimination of slippery conditions regarding daily and one-off maintenance - up to 60 minutes from notification.
7. The Ordering Party requires min. 10 employees to carry out work in the field of summer and winter cleaning for each task separately.
8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of works (inclusion or exclusion of areas covered by maintenance) and the number of works (change of measurement and/or multiplicity), m.in. in the case of sale, lease, lending, exchange, enfranchisement or change of manager, commencement or completion of construction works, transfer for maintenance to another entity or entity other than the Ordering Party.
9. The schedule of planned works is included in Appendix No. 1 of SOPZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the schedule of works and the number of cleaning of individual areas. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of changing the above-mentioned schedule at the request of the Contractor.
10. The Contracting Authority informs that the tasks related to the removal of the safety hazard may be all works listed in the price forms, in particular "work on indication", affecting the safety of pedestrian / road traffic. The Contracting Authority does not require special rights and qualifications related to the removal of safety hazards, except for those that are necessary to perform the work listed in the price forms, in particular "work on indication".
As part of the removal of traffic safety hazards, wastes will be disposed of
with the following codes:
- 20 03 03 Waste from cleaning streets and squares;
- 20 01 39 Plastics;
- 20 01 40 Metals;
- 20 01 02 Glass;
- 20 01 01 Paper and cardboard;
- 20 02 02 Soil and earth, including stones;
- 16 01 03 Worn tyres;
- 15 02 03 Sorbents, filter materials, wiping fabrics (e.g. rags, cloths)
and protective clothing other than those mentioned in 15 02 02;
- 17 01 01 Concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolition and repairs;
- 17 01 02 brick rubble;
- 17 01 03 Waste of other ceramic materials and equipment components;
- 17 01 07 Mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste materials
ceramics and fittings other than those mentioned in 17 01 06;
- 17 01 82 Other unlisted waste;
- 17 03 80 Waste roofing felt;
- 17 06 04 Insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03,
