The subject of the contract is: 1) Lot 1 – delivery with installation and commissioning of a refrigerated cabinet for reagents and blood samples with a robotic arm 2) Lot 2 – delivery with installation and commissioning of an automatic freezing system for archiving blood samples. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) within the scope of Part 1 – delivery of a refrigeration equipment consisting of: a) a cold chamber equipped with a fully automated system with a robotic arm used to manage blood samples from blood donors and blood components, b) software enabling handling as intended, c) a cold chamber for storing reagents used to perform laboratory tests operated manually by employees the Ordering Party, d) necessary accessories, including the installation and commissioning and instruction of designated employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of the system; 2) within the scope of Part 2 – delivery of an automatic system for freezing and storing archived biological material constituting archiving plates containing samples of tested plasma/serum from blood donors and blood components. The system consists of: a) freezer / freezers equipped with containers for freezing and storing archive plates, b) system software enabling its operation as intended, c) necessary accessories, along with the installation and commissioning and conducting instructions of designated employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of the system. 3.
