The subject of the contract is: Archiving of documentation located in organizational units of the Ministry of Health.

Document archiving service, including: a) documents constituting archival materials (category A), consisting in comprehensive preparation, arrangement and recording of the created documentation in order to transfer it to the Archive of New Files; b) archival materials (category A) and non-archival documentation (category B) consisting in comprehensive preparation, arrangement, recording and transfer to the company archive of the Ministry of Health and separating in the archiving process to the lack of non-archival documentation, the storage period of which has expired. The documentation may contain electronic media – e.g. CDs, which should also be archived on separate lists with information about the location of the folder the attachment of which is the carrier (including permanent marking of the medium allowing its unambiguous identification).
