The purpose of the energy study is to constitute a real decision-making tool for the community. It is carried out in an effort to optimize economic and environmental conditions, while taking into account the satisfaction of the energy needs of its existing or planned buildings. As part of the support provided by the SEHV, it helps the owner community to decide on the program of interventions required for its building, or the relevant orientations to apply to its built projects.
