The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to three manpower agencies. The contract will mainly cover the need for temporary staffing solutions in commercial positions, finance, accounts, personnel, ICT, archive, reception, lawyers, technical operations personnel and various other administrative assignments. The contract will not prevent us employing temporary staff or using practice placements under the aegis/support of NAV.
