1. The subject of the order is the delivery of diesel fuel up to 210 000 liters to BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żyiec.
2. This is partial delivery with the filling of a 10,000 L tank located in Żyiec at 24 Liberty Avenue Street and a 5,000 L tank located at the Company's site in Żyiec at Kabaty 2 Street. Delivery will be carried out at a frequency of 2-3 times a month.
3. The Contractor (supplier) will incur the cost of leasing a tank of 10,000 L located on the territory owned by an external economic operator (in Żyvc, Avenue Wolności 24), together with the costs of the distribution system and identification of fuel consumption in an amount equal to the product a flat rate of 5 pennies net and the quantity of litres of fuel that the Contractor has been fed in the calendar month.
4. The subject of delivery shall meet the quality parameters in accordance with Annex II.I of Directive 98/70/EC

*Quality requirements for diesel fuel must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015 item 1680 as amended).
